Description
This is an application in terms of Rule 10(4) of the Rules of the Constitutional Court to admit the Alternative Information Development Centre (“AIDC”) as amicus curiae in the various applications for leave to appeal against the Labour Appeal Court’s judgment in Public Servants Association and Others v Minister of Public Service and Others.
